Consultations are in Russian and Hebrew.

What happens at the first visit

It all starts with a conversation on WhatsApp or by phone. Just tell me what’s going on.

Nataly watching a baby during tummy time

Before we meet

  1. Message or call

Tell me how old your baby is and what’s worrying you. A short video helps me see what’s going on.

  2. We pick what fits

I’ll suggest what makes sense: the course, a consultation or sleep consulting.

  3. We set a date

We pick a day and time and go over what to have ready.

At the visit

The first visit always runs longer: we need to get to know each other.

  1. Getting to know you

You tell me about your baby, I ask questions.

  2. Watching

I look at what your baby can already do and how they do it.

  3. Massage & exercises

I choose techniques for your baby’s age and temperament.

  4. Teaching

I show you what to do at home on your own.

What to have ready

  • A cloth diaper or light blanket
  • Your baby’s favorite toys
  • Your own hypoallergenic oil, if you have one
  • That’s it. Just relax

No oil of your own? I’ll bring some. We’ll do a quick allergy check first.

If things don’t go to plan

Your baby cries

We never massage through crying. If your baby cries, we stop, distract them and take a break.

Your baby is sick

We reschedule and pick up again once they’re better.

Questions parents ask

Where do you work?

I come to your home in Israel, from Petah Tikva to Ashkelon. Live somewhere else? Message me and we’ll talk. If you’re far away, we can start with a phone consultation or online sleep consulting.

From what age?

From birth to age three. Specialist massage and exercises are best started at around 2½–3 months. Before that, your hands are all they need. I’ll teach you gentle massage and exercises you can do yourselves.

How many sessions are in the course?

There are 10. I usually come every weekday, so the course takes about 2 weeks. The first session always runs longer. Trickier cases may need a couple of extra sessions, and if so, I’ll tell you in advance.

What should I have ready?

A cloth diaper or a light blanket, your baby’s favorite toys, and your own hypoallergenic oil if you have one. If not, I’ll bring mine and we’ll do a quick allergy check first. We’ll go over everything else beforehand.

My baby is sick. What now?

Just message or call. We’ll reschedule and pick up again once they’re better.

Can we do this online?

Sleep consulting works online, and there’s also a 1-hour phone consultation where we go through all your questions. Massage and development sessions are in your home only.

Does insurance cover it?

Some private insurance plans and health fund (kupat holim) supplementary plans cover part of the cost. I’ll give you an invoice that names the service. You submit it to your insurer, and they decide on the refund. Plans differ, so check with yours first.

Message or call — I’ll tell you what could work for your baby

To start, I just need two things: how old your baby is and what’s worrying you. A short video helps too — it makes it easier for me to see what’s going on.
